News from the Wild: Bird Week
Greetings Families! We are thrilled to announce that it's Bird Week at EverWild. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to witness a wide variety of birds in our class habitats every day. This presents the perfect opportunity to explore the fascinating world of our feathered friends in greater detail. Throughout the week, we will delve into topics such as waterfowl, raptors, song birds, and more! If your child has binoculars, encourage them to bring them along this week!
Parent Tip of the Week
'Tis the season to celebrate! How are you and your loved ones enjoying this special time of year? We believe that one of the most beautiful things about having a family is the opportunity to create your own traditions. You can choose which holidays to celebrate and in what unique ways. It's not about following what everyone else is doing, but about finding joy and meaning in the traditions that speak to your family's heart. Have you thought about starting new rituals and traditions together? Maybe you can center them around something you all love, like Nature. How about celebrating Full Moons with magical Family Moon Walks, or unleashing your creativity with art on New Moons? You could even bid farewell to the light at Winter Solstice with a cozy bonfire, or kick off the New Year with an invigorating hike to a hot spring! The key to making these traditions special is consistency - keep doing them on those special days! Whatever you decide, remember to keep it manageable and stress-free. We believe that your children will cherish the family traditions that revolve around Nature, spending quality time with their loved ones, and appreciating the wonders of the natural world!

Sponsor a Teacher
As the temperatures drop, our dedicated educators often find themselves having to remove their gloves to assist their students, resulting in uncomfortably cold hands. Fortunately, we have already received support from 5 generous sponsors who have provided rechargeable hand warmers. However, we are still in need of 5 more sponsors. By sponsoring a teacher, you help ensure that our teachers' hands stay warm and fully functional. Please consider purchasing rechargeable hand warmers from our wish list and kindly provide your name. If you have a specific teacher in mind, don't forget to mention their name as well.
We hope you have a wonderful week! Be sure to follow along our adventures on Instagram and Facebook!
