News from the Wild: Animal tracks, jobs, and more!
Hello EverWild Families!
This week we will get our fill of animal tracks! Throughout the week, we will explore a wide variety of tracks from different animals and channel our inner detectives to uncover the secrets they hold. We'll also wonder about foot types, as well as the unique gait and walking patterns of these magnificent creatures!
Parent Tip of the Week
Are you tired of clashing with your child over simple tasks like bedtime routines, getting ready for school, tidying up their toys, and putting their dishes away? It can be so frustrating when it feels like your words go in one ear and out the other! But fear not, there's a solution - connection! By creating a strong connection with your child, they will be much more willing to listen and cooperate. Connection involves four key components: eye contact, touch, playfulness, and presence. Incorporating some of these elements when asking your child to do something can lead to a much happier and smoother interaction. So why not give it a shot and see the difference it makes? You and your child deserve it!
