News from the Wild: Water Cycle, enrollment, and more!

Hello EverWild Families!

This week at EverWild, students are learning all about Earth's water systems. Through hands-on activities, they are gaining a deeper understanding of the intricate balance and interconnectedness of Earth's water cycle. They're learning about the various forms of water - from rivers and lakes to oceans and glaciers - and exploring how water shapes our planet's landscapes and ecosystems. Students are also investigating the importance of water conservation and the ways in which human activities can impact water quality and availability. By connecting with nature, students are not only expanding their scientific knowledge but also developing a sense of stewardship for our planet's precious water resources. Overall, it's a week filled with discovery, exploration, and appreciation for the vital role that water plays in sustaining life on Earth.

Parent Tip of the Week

It is essential to acknowledge and celebrate the outdoor accomplishments of children, no matter how big or small they may be. Whether it's conquering the top of a hill, discovering a new bird species, or constructing a fort in the backyard, these achievements deserve recognition.

By providing positive reinforcement, you can inspire and motivate your child to continue seeking out new and exciting outdoor adventures. Not only will they feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, but this encouragement will also foster a deeper connection with nature.

Imagine the joy on their face when you acknowledge their triumphs. The thrill they feel when they realize that their outdoor escapades are valued and celebrated. By actively encouraging and praising their efforts, you are nurturing their love for the natural world and promoting a healthier, more active lifestyle.

So, take a moment to celebrate your child's outdoor accomplishments. Whether it's a high-five, or a heartfelt congratulations, let them know that their achievements matter.
