Mid-Year Enrollment and Trial Period:

Any student enrolling after the start of the school year (September 2) begins with a four-class trial period. The trial consists of 4 classes in the chosen program and costs $181 per child. During this period, our staff will check in with you to discuss how things are going and ensure the program is a good fit. Tuesday & Thursday Class: Following the 4-class trial period, monthly tuition will be $328 per child.

Enrollment Process: Within three (3) business days of submitting registration, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete the enrollment process.

Enrollment is complete once:

  • All required paperwork is submitted

  • The $25 Materials Fee is paid

  • May’s Class Dues are pre-paid (invoiced separately)

  • After the 4-class trial period, monthly class dues will be $328 per child

Withdrawal Policy: You may withdraw at any time. To apply May’s pre-paid Class Dues to your child’s final month of participation, written notice of withdrawal must be received by the 15th of the prior month. Please submit this written notice to ilyse@everwildforestschool.org.

Please note: Materials Fees and Class Dues are nonrefundable.

Minimum Class Enrollment Disclaimer: Some classes require a minimum number of enrolled students. If this requirement isn’t met, the class may be canceled, and a full refund will be provided. We encourage early enrollment to ensure class availability.
