Enrollment after September 5 (mid-year enrollment):

We offer a mid-year enrollment process that includes a trial period for children to attend and determine if EverWild and their chosen class are a good fit before final enrollment. These trial classes should be treated like the first day of program participation.

1. The trial period is defined as four classes, and you will be charged for four classes at the time of checkout. 

2. To apply for a class, add your preferred class and check out.

3. Once your order is received, you will receive an email within 3 business days to complete enrollment paperwork on Brightwheel, our parent communication and billing software.

4. An administrator will contact you during the trial period to answer additional questions and chat about how things are going.

5. If it is determined a good fit for your child after the trial period, tuition will be billed for the regular rate for the remainder of the school year. The following month’s tuition, last month’s tuition, and the $75 materials fee will be due within 3 business days. Materials fee is reduced to $40 if you are enrolling after Winter Break

Class Requirements

• Must be potty trained

• Must have the skills to participate in group care safely and respectfully

• Must be able to adhere to critical safety rules and boundaries

• Must be capable of practicing resilience in a variety of outdoor conditions

• Caregivers serve as important partners in their child’s success. We expect our families to openly communicate and work with us to optimize their child’s experience in our programs.

• After selecting your class and filling out the enrollment form, navigate to your cart to pay a one-time nonrefundable $75 materials fee and September’s tuition. Last month’s tuition will be billed after enrollment and due by August 1, 2023.

What to Bring Everyday

• Durable backpack

• Two filled reusable water bottles

• Sunscreen & hat

• Towel

• Seasonally appropriate clothing

• Change of clothes

• Wet/dry bag

• Packed lunch and snacks in reusable hard container

  ALL items must be labeled with your child’s name. Without a physical building, we are unable to designate a lost and found area, and we want all of your child’s belongings to return safely each day.

Withdrawal Policy

You can withdraw at any time. To ensure a smooth process, we require a 30-day advance written notice of withdrawal to ilyse@everwildforestschool.org. It's important to note that the last month's tuition will become due or applied if pre-paid, no less than thirty days after we receive your written notice of withdrawal.
