Enrollment After Trial: If, after the trial period, the class is a good fit, the option to fully enroll will be made immediately available.
Full enrollment includes:Payment of any remaining classes in the month
$25 Materials Fee
Pre-payment of your child’s last month (applied to May or upon withdrawal).
Note: If you enroll in a class that meets more than once per week, the monthly Class Dues will be greater than the cost of the four trial classes.
Withdrawal Policy: While we hope your child stays with us through May, you may withdraw at any time. To apply May’s pre-paid Class Dues to your child’s final month of participation, written notice of withdrawal must be received by the 15th of the prior month. Please submit this written notice to ilyse@everwildforestschool.org.
Education Funds
Our program follows the reimbursement requirements for Brain Tree Academy, Overture Learning, and Harmony Ed. Upon initial enrollment, you’ll be emailed a receipt that can be submitted to your child’s school for reimbursement. All receipts thereafter can be downloaded from your parent portal on the Brightwheel app.
Our program qualifies as an elective in most cases; however, some families have satisfied their child’s science requirements depending on the grade level.
During the school year, photos and a detailed description of the lesson covered during class are uploaded to the Brightwheel app daily. These can be downloaded and used to demonstrate learning.
Financial Aid
We offer discounts to make our programs as accessible as possible through a needs-based application process. Applications for the upcoming school year are accepted from January to July 1st.
EverWild Forest School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its financial aid program.
